the nations .
- James has also worked for two health insurance national
carriers in sales and marketing. . He also worked for the largest
insurance broker world wide.
- James has consulted with major investment companies on trends
in health care. He has also provide expert testimony in federal
arbitration. In addition, James has spoken numerous times regarding
trends in health care and managing health care cost.

- Elizabeth Karl - Principal
- Responsible for account managers and account management of all
clients of QBA.
- Prior to joining QBA, Liz was the manager of Client Services of
the Cleveland office of CBIZ, the largest benefits broker in the
nation.
- Liz has also worked at several national TPA and a national
insurance company in account manager positions.
